Nicholas Building is on the corner of Swanston Street and Flinders Lane, there’s an entrance on both sides. the main entrance on Swanston next to SUBWAY & off Flinders Lane there are a couple of steps to the side

You cannot reach the studio via the stairs, any of the 3 lifts run to the 8th floor.

Interoir directions:

  • Take the lift to the 8th floor, exit the lift and look to your right, you should see a large glass door, go through this door

  • Follow the corridor for two left turns, then stop at the first door on your left.

  • You should see pictures or words that suggest you are at the correct door

  • Knock on the door and I’ll let you in

  • If you get lost, shoot me DM.

  • If you’re running late please DM or email.

  • Im happy to meet you at ground level and bring you up to the studio, just shoot me a DM ahead of time.

Any train to Flinders Station

Any tram that runs down Swanson Street.

Parking

Recommended parking, QV BUILDING, 222 Lonsdale Street.

If you park here, & purchase anything over $1 in QV, you can use the receipt & pay only $20 for the whole day. They’ve got a supermarket, food court & sushi there so you can stock up for your appointment before you come & then use the receipt on exiting.

When leaving the car park:

Go to the ticket pay station on Level B1. Insert your original car park ticket, followed by the discount ticket & your parking will automatically be discounted to $20. You can also visit the car park office on that same Level B1 for assistance. If you’re using the car park on Saturday or Sunday, it’s a flat $15 rate for the day, without needing the $1 purchase.

The Nicholas Building is a 5-10 minute stroll along Swanston Street from QV - or you can catch the tram (it’s free for that route).
